All our work is made to order from our studio and we will process your request within 2-3 weeks at maximum. If we do have a particular design in stock or in the kiln then we are often able to send work out within 7-10 working days.

HOW TO ORDER DIRECT FROM THE STUDIO
If you would like to order a piece of work from this website, please contact us by email at richard@goodwin-jonesceramics.com with your request, stating the code number and how many items you require plus your name, address and telephone number. We will reply by email and let you know if the item you require is in stock and when it will be ready for dispatch. At this point we will ask you to send a cheque to secure your order. We will send an email on the day the goods are dispatched to let you know in advance that the parcel is on its way.

VISITING THE STUDIO
Visitors to the studio in Cornwall are welcome and although we are generally open 9.30am- 5pm Monday to Friday, there are times when we are away at craft fairs, making deliveries or involved in a raku firing (which takes place off-site). Therefore we advise visitors to contact us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a time for your visit.
