All  the work is made to order from our studio in the Cote D’Armor, in northern  Brittany, France. 
Richard works to a set production and delivery schedule, and  returns to the UK approximately 
every 6-7 weeks [during February – October].

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER 
If you wish to order a piece of work from this website, please contact  us by email at 
julie@goodwin-jonesceramics.co.uk with your request, stating the code number and how 
many items you require, plus  your name, address and a BT landline telephone number. 
We will reply by  email and let you know if the item you require is in stock and when it will 
be  ready for dispatch. At this point we will ask you to send a cheque, or pay by  BACS, 
to secure your order, and we will issue a receipt. Later we will send an  email, to let you 
know in advance that the parcel is on its way. 
Terms & Conditions
  • Please allow at least 6-7 weeks from the date of ordering.                    
  • All orders require pre-payment before goods are dispatched.                    
  • Payment can be made by BACS or by cheque, made payable to Goodwin-Jones
    Ceramics. Do not send cash through the post. BACs  details will be provided 
    with order confirmation.
  • All work is supplied to you post free - there are no hidden extras.                    
VISITING THE STUDIO                 
Visitors to the studio in Brittany  are welcome throughout the year, but we advise that you
contact us in advance  to arrange a convenient time for your visit. We’re happy to offer 
coffee and to  show you a selection of work in our small display area and you can view 
work in  progress.
